Arduino builder error

Hi yall. Im new here just started my diy usb adaptor but i cant get it completed. I have the firmwares and use the ps4 emu atmega32u4 on the hex file and com3 but when i try to program i get error code 1, no new port found. Please help me ive been trying for about a week lol.
