error in gimx help or install on windows plz....

I try to install gimx latest version 5.1 on car windows and installs all drivers before installing each driver separately following the tutorials out there on the page, I get the following error from version 3.5 now also gives me error, some form to solve the following error ...

This usually means the wiring is incorrect. Try to swap rx and tx.

I change cable rx to tx and the same thing continues going out for me,
I have the last version 5.2,


Teensy 2.0 USB to UART board
GND GND
D2 TX / TXO / RXD
D3 RX / RXI / TXD

And the connection that I have is this scheme and changing of tx to rx sige the mistake
