Clearing a Teensy

Hi all,

I was making the DIY GIMX adapter, when I realised I bought the wrong Teensy. I used a Teensy 3.1, which is not compatible (yet?).
Now I want to return my Teensy 3.1 to the store, but I have already loaded the firmware on it. It says it is 2% filled. How can I remove everything from the Teensy, so that it is back at 0% ?

There has got to be some simple way, but I'm not tech savy..

The Teensy boards come with the LED blink program pre-loaded.
