360 controller input not recognized by gimx-config

2.0.4 fixed it, sort of. Inputs are now detected except by the R2/L2/xbox buttons. I'll try to compile from the source and see if that was fixed since the last release.

I build a test version containing libSDL 2.0.4: link.
Please test it.
Did you try to use R2/L2 as axes?

Stick is working perfectly with that version.

R2/L2 as axes did the trick. The guide button is still a no go, but turns out it's not even recognized by Windows so it's a driver thing.
