Arduino builder error

Hello! I'm in the middle of trying o build a gimx adapter right now following this video [youtube]https://youtu.be/n6yyRK_sDqI[/youtube]
I get the part he uses arduino builder and I have all the same options and everything. Set it to the arduino Leonardo and try to put it on. After that it says in the console box "connecting to programmer: .avrdude.exe butterfly_recv(); prigranmer us not responding" then below that
"avrdude.exe: butterfly_recv(); programmer is not responding"
Can any one help me fix this please? It's on a arduino Leonardo procmicro on windows 10

First build the adapter and double check the wiring. Then use gimx-loader to load the firmware. If loading fails, check the wiring again, and make sure to follow the instructions to the letter.

So i want to have it all soldered together first? Sorry the video i was following along with the guy flashed hex file to the leonardo pro micro before soldering and he used arduino builder.

i am still getting this error when i use gimx uploader "

when i used gimx loader it doesnt work either i get the same error.

The wiring should be correct and both sides plugged to the computer for gimx-loader to work.

i am trying to flash the hex file for the Leonardo Xbox one on to the Leonardo and keep getting this error every time

does any one know how to fix this and what i need to do? ive been trying for a day now. Im using a arduino leonardo pro mico and a cp2102.
