I'm also unsure about the issue you are having.
Does the PS4 menu (not the game menu) detect a new controller after clicking on "Start"?

I click on the steering wheel momo racing button ps but on ps 4 there is no reaction, neither in the menu nor in the game

Ok. Something we still don't know is what kind of adapter you are using. This makes me wondering if you are using a board that is not based on the atmega32u4 chip. There are known issues with such boards.
