ok, so i do have to conect my dualshock to my PC? where do i egt the driver for that? And im assuming it has to be on.

I forgot to include how everthing is connected. USB-miniUSB from PS4 to teensy Female USB-Male USB from UART to USB hub USB hub to Laptop Keyboard and mouse to USB hub I have some questions also: 1. Thanks for replying so quickly. I actually had to switch the wires around yesterday because when i went back to read the instructions, i noticed that TX wasnt the same as TXD. Same with RX and RXD, but the only difference was that the pop up cmd window was a little slower when the wires were set up ...
