can i build GMIX adaptor with Teensy 3.1 USB or Teensy USB LC or Teensy 3.2 USB ?
or is there any way to build TEENSY_PINS ?

No. Only atmega32u4 based teensy is supported.

Chinese clones of Pro Micro are however available everywhere and they should work.

what about Arduino PRO Micro Board ATMEGA32U4 ?
