Game Input MultipleXer

Hi. just got all my parts and hooked it up.
No errors or anything.
But my PS3 does not recognize the adapter at all it seems like.

GIMX software version:
-1.02

OS:
-Win7 Ulti x64

Adapter:
-USB 2.0 to UART TTL 6PIN Module Serial Converter CP2102
-Teensy 2.0 Pins

Console:
-PS3 Slim running latest firmware

Game:
-None. still in XMB

Controller:
-Mouse: Logitech G400
-Keyboard: Logitech K800

Please take a clear picture of your adapter and post it.

I can see now its not the same as in the guide.
Even thought i was really meticulous when looking for what adapter to buy, and from whom from ebay.

This was the guy i bought it from:

is this the fault?
Or should this adapter work?

Did you try this wiring:
D2 -> TXO
D3 -> RXI
GND -> GND

Thought i can feel some slight input delays.
Any thing i can to to improve this?
