FFB GIMX constant config setting

Been a while since I've had a wheel setup.
Got an T248 (ended up with a xbox version :-/) and all setup to use with PS4+GT7. Had to do the wheel oscillation fix. Besides that seems to be working pretty good.

Regarding force feedback, in the config, Constant seems to be the "overall force feedback strength".
I run my wheel at about 65% FFB in the Thrustmaster control panel.

Which setting is in control or are they in sync? Do I set Thrustmaster CP to 100% then GIMX config to 65%? Or vise versa?
