USB DIY and Xbox One not working
Re: USB DIY and Xbox One not working
I have no idea whether I did this correctly but it produced some kind of data. It's not in plain text format so I couldn't paste it here so I sent it to your paypal address as that was the only one I could find. If the log didn't reach you or if it doesn't contain what you expected I'll need some specific instructions.
Re: USB DIY and Xbox One not working
I don't know if I made myself clear yesterday so just to clarify - gimx reads input from the controller correctly. On the gui I see exactly what I'm pressing and that worked fine for as long as I tested it which was some 2 minutes of random button presses. It's just the console that stops responding after literally 10 seconds or so.
Re: USB DIY and Xbox One not working
Any joy? I'm happy to do some more tests if that's any help.
Re: USB DIY and Xbox One not working
I'll make a firmware with the same usb ids as your controller. Maybe I'll have some time tomorrow.

Re: USB DIY and Xbox One not working
I'm going to return this xbox in a few days and will have another one later on so if you want me to do some more tests on this controller I won't have it for long.

Re: USB DIY and Xbox One not working
Could you please get the full USB report descriptor as described here: http://www.slashdev.ca/2010/05/08/get-u ... ith-linux/
and post it in a code tag?

Re: USB DIY and Xbox One not working
I've just tried but on my raspberry pi lsusb just freezes with no output. I did do some google search only to confirm it's a known issue but no solutions.
