Game Input MultipleXer

Hi I have good configuration for battlefield 3 when im on the ground, but i have no idea what to do to fly or drive properly. Every move is so slow and foggy, when im chopper gunner its the same problem, maybe someone can help?

Maybe my dongle is bad or my computer is to slow to make it works?? I notice one more problem. My console must be lying horizontally, when it standing upright i got lag just like with bluetooth headset problem. Anyway thanks for gimx its freaking awesome especially in BF3
