Re: Mouse buttons, an binding.

Well that depends on the manufacturer implementation. They could make their own ID and they also could hardcode it as normal left button. By default its left click. With software it can be changed. I won't be able to use the software though being that I'm on Linux. Im under the assumption that it w...

Re: Mouse buttons, an binding.

Im successfully using 3600 dpi mouse so it's enough to work. @Godlike thanks that's great to know. That will help me narrow my search. @Matlo here is a link to the mouse I'm speaking of. They call it a fire button. By default it rapidly presses MBUTTON_LEFT, so in theory it should have its own ID c...

Re: Mouse buttons, an binding.

Open gimx-config, enable "Advanced > Multiple mice and keyboards". In the "Button" tab, click on "Auto-detect", and press the first button. Check the device detected. Click on "Auto-detect", and press the second button. Check the device detected: if is is the same (same name, same id), then there i...

Mouse buttons, an binding.

Hello, I´m thinking about ordering another mouse. Which has an additional button on the side, so in total three buttons on the left side. The one i have now only has two. I want that additional button to be my macro trigger. The only issue is by default that button is a second MBUTTON_BUTTON_LEFT, a...

Re: Macros

@Matlo i got the macro working how i want it to. Now my issue is that that macro is activated for both my profiles. In attempt to fix the issue i created a third profile thinking that would solve my issue, it didnt. Though it is working perfectly in the third profile just how i want it to. I have th...

Re: Macros

Don't mind my stupidity but can you help me with developing a recoil macro? I've tried to make one for about 2 weeks now and read through the official wiki for macro's but still end up no where. Here is what i'm using now for the recoil macro. I've saved it under the correct file in macro directory...

Re: Macros

Well if that's the case take macros out completely if you guys aren't going to help with them. An no offence but none of you have been much help at all. Excluding Matlo, he's been helpful to an extent. I love the adapter itself, does everything the more expensive ones do an some. The support however...
