The wiki pointed out that GIMX for PS4 only works on ubuntu, but I found some post saying they could run GIMX for PS4 on Windows.
My Arduino and USB to TTL adapter is arriving tomorrow, and I am thinking if I need to install Ubuntu to run the software?
If I can run GIMX on Windows, how do I pair my BT dongle to the PS4/DS4?
Is it possible to run GIMX for PS4 on windows now?

Hi,
I fixed the wiki.
The PS4 is officially support in both Ubuntu and Windows since GIMX 3.0.
You don't need a BT dongle when using the USB method.

Re: Is it possible to run GIMX for PS4 on windows now?
Hi, I've bought a PL2303HX and an Arduino Micro and can now successfully run gimx on my windows 7 PC now and can play games like bf4.. perfectly fine.
But there's this Killzone Shadow Fall which seems to require touchpad to play, and I tried to install Ubuntu to play over bluetooth but the lag seems very notieable (~ 500ms).
Here's some questions I want to ask:
Is there any way to use gimx over BT for Windows?
Is there any way to use touch pad controls over DIY USB adapter?

The answer is no for both your questions.
What bluetooth dongle did you use? How did you install Ubuntu?
