Game Input MultipleXer

I made a diy-usb adapter and it works fine when i choose to emulate "joystick". But with a joystick i can't use ps button and some games require sixaxis (not working with other usb gamepads etc.). So i choose emulate sixaxis in gimx-serial and it just goes randomly and opens-closes apps in xmb. i don't understand this situation therefore i would like to ask you this.

Any ideas what's going on? thank you in advance.
i'm using ubuntu 12.04 + gimx 1.02

You just need to load a different firmware: http://gimx.fr/download/EMUPS3
