Connection Error - Need help

Hey guys!
It`s my first try to run GIMX on Linux ubuntu 12.10 (32bit) (booted from a USB-Stick)
My USB-Dongle -> http://www.sitecom.com/micro-adapter-bl ... -usb/p/658
I followed the steps of the tutorial and have now the problem that i can`t start the GIMX. Here a photo of the error-message ->

So, how i can change the dongle adress? I can click on the boxes but nothing happend and also i can`t change. What`s to do at this part?
