GiMX Unhandled Packets Causing Freezing and Wheel Unresponsive

Hello,
Thanks for building this wonderful project and I understand it had not been updated for quite some time now, I'm still reaching for a slim hope that there is someone is still active in the forum and can solve the issue I'm encountering.
log file: https://pastebin.com/ctjY4xSA
My setup is T300GT wheel with SIMAGIC P2000 pedals, and TH8A gear shifter, all plugged into my PC. Hoping to use GiMX to adapt the rig to work on the PS4. When everything is config'd, DS4 plugged into PC after powered off. GiMX boots up and shows as if everything is recognized. When I press the PS button on the wheel, PS4 will recognize the wheel input, and I can indeed drive in GT Sport for a few seconds. FFB also works for a few seconds. But then the GiMX window starts to throw a lot of "Warning: xxx.xxxxxx unhandled packet (type=0x00)"

When this happens usually the FFB will get stuck, I will feel a constant force turning the wheel to one side and it won't stop at the center. It will just constantly turning the wheel until it hits the dead end. My pedal input will also freeze, it will stuck in game as a constant input (e.g 55% throttle input and it will stuck there no matter what I do with the throttle pedal). As if the GiMX software is just frozen. The game won't react to any button or any input action on my wheel or any device.
Sometimes the FFB will get stuck to constant force for a second, while the wheel and pedal inputs still work in game and I can continue driving until the FFB start responding again to the game. But usually within 10 seconds or so the whole thing will freeze up once again and rendering the rig unusable. The only solution is to close GiMX window and press "start" again in GiMX launcher.
I have flashed the GiMX adapter to EMUG29PS4 a few times and every time GiMX launcher tells me the firmware update was successful. I have also set the config file so the emulating device is indeed G29 PS4. I have also unplugged and replug in the GiMX adapter so I made sure the COM port is the correct one, which is evident since the PS4 will recognize my wheel for a few seconds, until everything freezes up.
I am truly fumbled what could be causing the issue... here is another instance of the issue happening, it happens 100% of the time I try to play.

What I also noticed which is interesting, is that If I set the "Messages" option to log file, the GiMX window will pop up black with no info displayed, but I can still press the PS button on the wheel and start driving in game. Although it freezes up the same after a few seconds, there wouldn't be anything displayed in the window so I can't see the "unhandled packets" warnings. The warnings also do not appear on the log file afterwards:

I found two similar issue on the forum about the "unhandled packet" warning bugs but neither came down to a solution on how to fix it. So I hope some GiMX team members are still active on the forum and can come across my post, so we can discuss what I did wrong in the set up...
I also tried multiple ports on my PC and many different USB 3.0 and 2.0 cables connecting to the PS4. Nothing changes the symptom so...
Thanks in advance.
