Uninstall gimx and cp210x drivers -Reboot
Install everything again -Reboot.
Start ps4 first by pushing the on button on the console. Start gimx.

If this did not work -Is the UART recognized by windows device manager?Image

If not, then it's likely that the UART might be broken.

I definitely think that my gimx is dead, after connecting it to 3 different PCs it still doesn't work, the two red lights continue to work but the PC doesn't detect it, does anyone know when they will replace the stock to be able to acquire another one or any ideas to be able to repair it, thank you for your help time to all those who have contributed to my help

If its the UART thats broken, then order a new from ebay. -Uart usb cp2104.
Desoldier 3 wires from your excisting uart and soldier the new one in place.
Tx to Rx
Rx to Tx
GND to GND

Test.
