failed to read packet header from the gimx adapter

I uploaded the g29ps4 firmware, connect it to the pc and ps4, run it and give this error.
Tried different cables, firmware and swapped tx / rx
How do I fix this error?

Any ports than COM10? I think you selected wrong port for UART side.

with the problem that I figured out in the picture, and now the following is helpful:
Error: failed to open the GIMX adapter
Error: failed to send data to the GIMX adapter
com ports changing does not help, but in the gimx program it is fashionable to select only one active port

I have the same problem. suddenly it stopped working, how can I solve it
