Hello, I was considering to build a gimx for myself but I don't know if it got support for next generation for Xbox already. Does anyone answer me please ?

They told me that they are working on xbox series x and s, one way or another they will make it work but currently it doesnt working.

It will happen. Xbox Series X support is on our feature todo list.

No because Xbox One controller need to pass authentication packets through gimx to the console. This is supported for older Xbox One controllers but no for Xbox Series controllers currently. It's not really important which device you want to emulate, but which one do you have to pass auth packets.

why doesn't it work with xbox series x/s? Xbox series x and s support xbox one controllers, so if gimx outputs the same signal as xbox one controller, it should work?

I've seen on youtube people using gimx on xbox series x/s with steering wheels, so why can't controllers work?

It should work with Xbox one controller but not with Xbox Series controller.

Sorry, i didn't mention that i want to use mouse and keyboard with xbox series x. Does this work?

Yes as long as you use compatible xbox one controller. Please note that not all controllers are compatible.
