Sound Cutting Out

Started having this problem over the past few months. When Gimx is running and is connected my pc sound will randomly disconnect for 1-3 seconds at a time every minute or so.

Cut out for about 10 seconds straight here. I've tried changing the gimx version but it made no difference.

Please upgrade to latest GIMX version (click on "Help > Update" in gimx-launcher). Only the latest one is supported.
Are you using a USB sound card? Is it connected to a USB HUB?

I'm using a DAC/AMP combo connected through USB. The gimx is connected to the front ports via usb 3.0 and the DAC is connected to the back.

If you have both USB 2 and USB 3 ports, try plugging GIMX on a USB 2 port, and the sound card on a USB 3 port (or the other way).

Tried a bunch of different USB configs and it didn't work out for me.
