Can we power on consoles using PS or GUIDE buttons? Or there is any way to power on cosoles using gimx soft/hardware?

This is only possible using the Bluetooth connection method on PS3/PS4.

Is this because the PS3 receives the signal to be turned on only through the wireless interface? Or can these signals be sent via USB? I noticed that in the case of PS3 and DIY-Teensy adapter loses power when the console is disconnected. Will the power connection directly to the DIY-adapter send a signal to turn on? And in the case of Xbox 360, the Pad interaction protocol allows you to turn on the console from the wired gamepad, that is, the signal to turn on goes through the usb. Is it possible to realize such a signal through the DIY-Teensy? Or there is no hope?(

I don't know if the PS3/PS4 can be turned on through USB.
You are right, the Xbox 360 controller can turn the Xbox 360 on through USB.
But sadly GIMX does not support this.

So, there is some minimal information about consoles remote power control.
PS3 (super slim) - can be remotely switch on by only WOL (after setting up playstation remote play). Sixaxis work with console th usb, i think there is
the way to add this feature to GIMX.
Xbox360 (Fat) - no ways to turn on, WOL not work. 360pad also work th usb and console can be turned on th usb. But pressing guide button dont work
inn case of gimx DIY adapter. I think button signal codes different in standby mode.
