Hi.

I have an Arduino Micro loaded with atmega32u4.hex connected to the GPIO of a Raspberry Pi3. GIMX 5.9 has been installed on the Pi3, DS4 connected to the PI3 as well as the Logitech G27.

When trying to start GIMX I get the following error: adapter_detect failed

I have swapped RX and TX to make sure that this is not the problem.

Please can someone assist.

Hi Matlo

How many watts should the resistors be?

Paul

Did you through the "Software adjustments" part of the wiki?
Did you turn the PS4 on before starting GIMX?

Hi Matlo

I'm using the PS4 to power the PI so its on before i try and start GIMX.

is that the correct order?

Hi Matlo

I have managed to get a Teensy 2++ controller. I have followed this tutorial

http://www.psx-place.com/threads/tutori ... g-pi.9744/

But get the same error as when I used the Arduino. What am i doing wrong? Why does GIMX not startup?

Regards, Paul
