windows xp 32?

just got my teensy and usb uart etc .teensy all loaded with firmware all ready to go i hope,
the problem is i have installed all drivers software etc .but the actual gimx launcher is not launching at all ,it installed perfectly (yes i have installed the 32bit one) but i clik to start the launccer and the egg timer comes up for a few secs then nothing,,,any help appreciated ,thanks
i have win xp 32bit all up to date.

Could you generate a log file and post its content?
To generate a log file, select "Messages>Log file" before starting gimx.

In gimx-launcher, select "Log file" in the "Messages" drop down menu and click on the "Start" button.

thats the problem i cant start the launcher itself i installed gimx i have the 3 icons but none of them start at all just get the little egg timer like its going to load then nothing ,please excuse me if im missing somthing?

I have not tried GIMX in Windows XP since a long time.
There's probably a bug. I'll try to find some time to investigate on this.

OK thanks I'm trying a full restore of winxp as it's been awhile since i cleaned up the comp

All working now decided to install windows 7 on my old asusEeepc h100 over winxp
Everything worked fine ,had a few disconnects at first and working out what to start up first but all seems OK had a quick blast on drive clubs and pcars, and the difference in ffb between them is crazy ,sim and simcade I suppose .Logitech driving force GT dusted off and back in the game thanks to u matlo, thanks for all the hard work u put into this ,will donate in a couple of weeks (payday) thanks again
