PS4 DIY USB HELP PLZ

HI. I'm pretty new to this, so I'm probably making a really obvious mistake, but for the life of me, I cant figure out what.
I put together a teensy board with the USB adapter. I'm pretty sure the pins are correct D2-RXD D3-TXD. I flashed the teensy with ATMEGA32U4 from the EMUPS4 folder. I installed the GIMX x64 4.3 software and the CP210x driver. I'm running windows 10. My keyboard is a Razer Deathstalker. My mouse is a ROG GX1000 Eagle Eye. I'm using a powered Amazon Basics USB 2.0 hub since my laptop only has 1 USB 2.0 port.
Config File:
http://pastebin.com/8gk4C8p0
My Launcher Settings (tried with either GUI and terminal checked, and both unchecked)
I get this flashed really fast and then nothing.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,
Sometimes the pins of the CP2102 adapters are mislabeled, so I suggest you to try to swap RX and TX.
Please post a clear photo of your wiring, and post the details requested here:

Thanks for replying so quickly. I actually had to switch the wires around yesterday because when i went back to read the instructions, i noticed that TX wasnt the same as TXD. Same with RX and RXD, but the only difference was that the pop up cmd window was a little slower when the wires were set up right. before, it just flashed really fast so i couldnt even read the text.

I forgot to include how everthing is connected.
USB-miniUSB from PS4 to teensy
Female USB-Male USB from UART to USB hub
USB hub to Laptop
Keyboard and mouse to USB hub
I have some questions also:
1. Do i need to be logged into my PS account first or should i not be logged on.
2. Should my Dualshock4 be on or off?
3. Do i need to connect anything to my Dualshock4 like with XIM4?
4. Do i need a Bluetooth Dongle?

Im still new here but I would like to share my info that I have acquired so far. I have been using GIMX on the PS3 with a raspberry pi 2 b, but over the last week I have started playing with a usb adapter on the Xbox One and PS3 just to see how it works.
1. Do i need to be logged into my PS account first or should i not be logged on.
You can be logged on to psn it does not matter
2. Should my Dualshock4 be on or off?
As far as I know it should be connected to your pc/laptop since it needs to authenticate to the PS4
3. Do i need to connect anything to my Dualshock4 like with XIM4?
Just a micro usb cable that goes to your pc/laptop
4. Do i need a Bluetooth Dongle?
Bluetooth wont work on windows only on linux
What driver did you install for the DS4 if you already connected it to the laptop

Yes
You can use Zadig to install the correct driver
http://zadig.akeo.ie/
PS4 "Wireless Controller" 054C:05C4
select "libusbK" as target driver
click on the drop down menu, and select "Install Driver"
click on "Replace Driver"
Taken From the WiKi

Hi,
Did you power on your PS4 before starting GIMX?
