Game Input MultipleXer

I am on windows 7 64 , i am using a usb adapter ( teensy 2 + USB Uart CP2102).
atmega32u4 added/installed on the teensy 2
the driver "CP210x" is installed.
I have build the usb adapter with the tutorial.
I launch the gimx launcher , with this configs:

and when i start , gimx.exe get closed after this:

When you run it without admin rights, is there any other message in the gimx.exe window?

no , just the window closed
