Can't configure mouse!

Hello. First of all - it's awesome what you are doing! huge thanks even if I can't get it to work and all the respect 
But here's the situation:
I have Macbook Pro with Ubuntu on Parallels(virtual).
I have a PS3, I am using magic mouse, a BT dongle and everything connects,seems to run,BUT..
.. the mouse(when I'm looking in to the GUI window) is really chaotic and moves only in a really narrow direction(up and left -pretty much the corner). I have tried 3 other mice but they just do the same. Tried changing the DPI.
I can access the Calibration tool,but can't change anything there, because the scroll doesn't work for some reason(it works everywhere else).
Any suggestions? I have tried changing a lot of parameters, but it still moves in really small part of the whole box.
