Just as a follow up, I found out the issue. Forza Horizon 4 base Brake Assistance ON by default, and it hits the brakes for you when not needed. You need to switch to ABS On or Off to get over the issue
My apologies for this because it had nothing to do with the GIMX Adapter. Awesome product by the way.
