Ok so i flashed my ps4 usb with the ps3 firmware and it worked. so it must be a software/driver issue!!
(I moved the topic to the support section)
I have no idea what could be wrong.
What can be done:
- please reload the EMUPS4 firmware and try again.
- download Ubuntu 14.04, make a live usb, boot it and install gimx 3.5 in the live session, and see if it works
