I would like to built a power button with LED like in the first post or like this one

but what resistance value should I use for it ?

I'd say it depends on your LED, but in my case it was as the diagram: brown-black-red-gold -> 1k +-5%

Do I have to retain a 5V tension on GPIO23 ? I have a yellow LED 2V- 25mA so I guess a 100 ohm resistance.
