hey matlo, really appreciate that you use your spare time to develop this tool. i was wondering if you or any programmer can develop a GUI for macros in the future like a timeline similar to how music games and piano sheets are. similar to the following video which is used for an Xbox controller

Macro GUI
Re: Macro GUI
Why not
But personally I'm very confortable with the macro syntax, it's very easy to use
However they could implement an amazing feature : the ability to record the keypresses live in a text file (in macro format) while we are playing the game ! Ultimately, it would allow us to make a full gameplay macro very easily without having to program every direction Now I don't know what the author thinks about it because it could be considered as cheating (like you press one button and your character beats the stage). But without a doubt it would make GIMX even more popular, especially among trophy hunters
Personally the macro functionality is what made me install GIMX, I had never seen that before.
