Hi everyone.
I am very new to GIMX. I've just build a GIMX adapter and uploaded the EMUG27 8.0 firmware. I am using Windows 11.
My goal is to be able to use my PC wheel, pedals and shifter in games that do not support multiple inputs like Forza Horizon 4 and 5 (steam version) and Snowrunner (Epic version) as I've read it would work.
This will be a PC only build: pc controllers for PC games.
So...I made my config, started GIMX and tested with the built-in Windows USB game controller tester. It shows the 'Logitech G27 USB' and everything works: steering axis, pedals, all.
However...when I start the games nothing gets detected. I set them for wheel, try do define the input and no axis or button gets detected.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.
Mike
[PC] GIMX not working in games
Re: [PC] GIMX not working in games
Ok...I am replying to my own post
The problem is that I did not install Logitech Gaming Software. As soon as I did...everything worked fine.
Thanks
