We've encountered several problems even with very old models of Xbox One Controllers that were working before with GIMX. Current solution is to
Revert your Xbox One Controller firmware through Xbox Assist app -
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbo ... 9951b7c109. This will downgrade software on controller to the protocol supported by GIMX and it will work again. In rare cases if you use very old firmware it may also not work, then you have to update it.
Supported models:
- Xbox One Controller Model 1537 - without bluetooth and jack (Very old firmware may not work, in this case, update controller firmware.)
- Xbox One Controller Model 1697 - without bluetooth, but with jack
- Xbox One S Controller - Model 1708 - with bluetooth and jack (Only on old firmware, it may work after downgrade but it's not guaranteed),
Not supported models:
- Xbox Series X/S Controller
Known Xbox One controller firmwares compatibility list (thanks keitark):

Constant changes of the Xbox controller protocol are headache for us, gimx developers. New version is being worked on.
