I have some TopDrive Reactor controllers that I would like to be able to use on modern racing games. These were handheld PSX controllers that resembled RC pistol grip controllers. The featured full forceback on the wheel like the Jogcon. They are really nice in that they provide a nearly full force feedback wheel experience without the real estate of a full size wheel and pedals.
They can use either the Jogcon or Negcon interface options, but obviously the Negcon interface doesn't have force feedback. I would would be nice to be able to use these with something like GIMX, but I have not yet found anyone who has been successful at getting either the TopDrive Reactor or the Jogcon to work with any type of PSX to USB adapter. Is there anyone here has played around with these?
TopDrive Reactor/Jogcon Support
Re: TopDrive Reactor/Jogcon Support
Moved to the GIMX discussion section.
Since it does not have a standard USB interface and since it is not a common device, there is very little chance that someone looks at making it work as a standard force feedback wheel.
