hi
i build my GIMX adaptor with these :
https://translate.google.com/translate? ... micro.html
https://translate.google.com/translate? ... l2303.html.
i load EMUPS4->atmega32u4.hex with arduino builder 1.0.13 and i get a screen.
then i try to use the Adapter i connect Micro Usb to PS4 and the Usb to the Pc then Start
i get "failed to read packet header from the GIMX adapter"
first
then
failed to read packet header from the GIMX adapter
Re: failed to read packet header from the GIMX adapter
Try using gimx-loader instead: https://backup.gimx.fr/wiki/index.php?t ... g_firmware
Make sure the wiring is correct. If it's not gimx-loader will fail to load the firmware.

Post a clear picture showing the wiring.

Re: failed to read packet header from the GIMX adapter
arduino pro micro is not in arduino builder!!
Re: failed to read packet header from the GIMX adapter
The COM port not being here anymore suggest that firmware was correctly loaded.
However the wiring/soldering looks bad.
Remove the electrical tape and solder the green/yellow/blue wires directly on the pro micro board.
Also I can't be sure from the pictures but I think the tin quality is bad.
