Moved to the support section.

Are you using a DIY USB adapter? Please post a clear picture.

Did you press the PS button when generating the log file? If not, please post another log file.

yes, I had pressed the PS button, but as I said, you can hear the sound of when you pull a usb into windows as soon as you ask me to press it. I'm using
a DIY USB and I followed this guide https://it.ign.com/forum/threads/gimx-f ... -homebrew- app.4720 / I try to post a picture but I'm not sure I can do it

Don't use any 3Rd part tutorials. They're outdated and we don't even know they exist.

We have good tutorial on our wiki. Please follow it - https://gimx.fr/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page

There's also page about building DIY adapter - https://gimx.fr/wiki/index.php?title=DIY_USB_adapter

I can't see labels or wiring on picture. Chip should be on atmega32u4 and uart on cp2102 or ft232r.

Try replacing the mini USB cable (between Teensy and PS4).
