Notes:
Set ingames controller options to the following- Controller type 1, Horizontal aim at 7/vertical Aim at 10 and Aiming Acceleration to 10.
The vertical aim in this game is slow even at fastest setting, so by decrease the horizontal aim it get more even.
Set ingame Gameplay options to the following- Targeting to Free aim.
