[Config][PS4]Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

I proudly present config for CoD:BO4, iteration of one of most famous game series ever. Input in the game is pretty good as in every CoD, there's however an acceleration spike with faster movement but it shouldn't affect aiming in normal situations.
Update - Version 2:
I spend a lot of time trying different values but I couldn't improve it much. I adjusted config to the new values because of the update and improved ADS a little. Have fun.

- Game version tested on: 1.12
- Version: 2
- Set controls to values as on screenshot: Sorry for screenshot in Polish but there's no way to switch menu langauge with this version of game, system language switch doesn't work.
- Feel free to tune ADS sensitivity with game options if you want. These seems to not break the acceleration.
