Some games is a b*tch to get the normalize value.

Post by ckaiycool »

I made Deus ex having a circular movement but it took 4 f-ing hours to find a good spot on DZ/ACC and X/Y circlular shape cause of the games own square deadzone shape.
Now im on Medal of honor and it's starting to piss me of quite a bit.
DZ i set 2-3 wheelclicks + over the value when the reticle stopped moving and acceleration is somewhere around 39-45 and now lets go check the X/Y circular test movement and there is not one setting from 1.00 - 4.00 that even feels like it's close of beeing circular without having a straight line somewhere in either sides or top/bottom.
Any tips to help me on the way cause i have couple of games that nobody shares configs for and i would love to share as much as possible to others.

It's not always possible to get something close to a PC. Some games have broken input mechanisms.

Short question.
Is it possible to merge both the circular test [F10] and X/Y [F12]?
That might save some time in finding the right (best) value.
Just looking at the screen and scrolling up or down until it feels like it's as perfect as it can get.

Depending on the game the circle radius and speed may have to be adjusted.

Damit never thought of that :P

By the way what does the radius do is it only for helping out in the circle test mode or does it change how the aim feels in some games?

It's only for the circle test.
