Gimx - Six-axis compatibility GT5

Post by Dernogard »

Hello

I was wonder about the issue that gimx is not 100% compatible with gt5 A-spec driving.
I checked and searched, I found the reason is GT5 A-spec is only compatible with six-axis-controller.
So i can move in option area and B-spec, but on A-spec when i press to drive only button that work is (Start - Pause).
I will be very thank-full for any advice or solution.
Even if the problem lay in somewhere in program code point me and i will be happy to give a try to solve it.

Kind Regards

Hi,

I guess you are using a diy usb adapter?
It's not fully compatible because it emulates a standard joystick, not a sixaxis.

I already have some code to emulate a sixaxis over usb, but it's not finished.
I can push it into the svn repository if you want.
