error：joystick not found！！help pls！

It always tell me：
joystick not found：Sony Computer Entertainment Wireless Controller（0）
A device name is empty. Multiple mice and keyboards are not managed.
But I can use dualshock4 in computer normally.
And when I click “start”.It always tell：
USB port not found dualshock4
