i have the same issue, every time i try this message apear:

I split your post to make it easier in future if you have an issue don't post under an old topic as it might get missed.

As for your issue are you following the correct procedure when programming the board, could you also post clear pictures of your adapter and are you using the latest version of GIMX. Also make sure that the cable you are using to connect the AVR side does have data lines to transfer data and not just power.
