Error: No game controller was found on USB ports.

It was working a few days ago on 8.0 with older firmware. Today I got a prompt to update the firmware and it said it was successful but now I get this error. I'm using libusbK (v3.0.7.0) and used zadig like the guide has said. I've had this working since last year it's a more recent problem.
I've tried

reverting to 7.15 with the prior firmware
Restarting PC
Changing xbox one controllers usb ports
reinstalling libusk onto controller
Reconnecting gimx adapter cables

Hi

Do you know what version of USBDK you are running?

What I would suggest is uninstall GIMX and USBDK and restart your computer, afterwards reinstall GIMX 8 it should automatically include the latest version or USBDK. Then just do a restart to be safe and test again.

Please let us know the outcome.

In addition to what LoneWolf81 said, Zadig and libusbK are not more part of the current documentation. The only wiki pages that mention them are marked as deprecated, and are kept for archival purposes.

I followed LoneWolf81's advice alongside unistalling the libusbk driver from the controller and it now works perfectly. Had no idea that had changed, thanks for the help!
*note When I unistalled USBDK it said it was version 1.04 I believe. It now says 1.0.22
