Game Input MultipleXer

Hi there have been using adapter with no issues then all of a sudden its not working I haven't changed anything that I know of.. have tried different cord and ports but nothing works.. controller is detected on pc??? any guidance would be greatly appreciated

Hi

Are you plugging in the Dualshock 4 directly to the pc or are you using a usb hub ?

Also have you tried a new cable for the Dualshock 4?

When pc detected dualshock4, you will see an icon name Wireless Controller on Devices and Printers

Make sure that Dualshock is turned off while you plug it in to PC.

DualShock turned off and tried different cables and plugged straight into pc.. ???????????

But your controller could not be found, so trouble is dualshock driver is not installed successful.

These messages usually show up when UsbDk is not installed. Also in some occasions UsbDk needs a computer reboot to complete installation.
