Issue: When plugged in, the GIMX program detects the correct mouse and keyboard inputs, but nothing happens on the Xbox One.
Steps: This is the procedure I have followed:
- Download and install the GIMX software for Windows 10
- Install the CP210x driver and usbdk driver from the GIMX/Tools folder
- Plug in Xbox controller and update driver through device manager
- Flash GIMX USB with XONE firmware
- Reboot
- Turn Xbox One and PC on
- Plug small end of GIMX into Xbox One, wait 5 seconds
- Plug large end of GIMX USB into PC, wait 5 seconds
- Plug Xbox controller into PC
- Start GIMX software, select config and set messages to Log File
- Start GIMX. Press the Xbox controller button for 2 seconds when prompted

Note: When the command prompt first opens, it reads:
Code: Select all
src/windows/gprio.c:26 gprio: failed to set priority class
