Game Input MultipleXer

A few months ago I purchased a GIMX adapter from eBay and I have been having trouble getting it working I was wondering if any one had any advice on what the problem is.When I press start it displays the error message "Failed to read packet header from gimx adapter" also i don't know if this has anything to do with this but i can't change the firmware from Xbox 360 to Xbox One.

The two boards are:

https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/-->Mine is the 2.0 version

Blue wire:GND-->GND
Yellow wire:TXD-->D2
Black wire:RXD-->D3

Please solder your connection wires, don't just tighten it.

This still hasn’t solved the issue

Double-check the soldering. If you have a multi-meter, check connection from chip to chip. Also check the micro USB cable, it could be defective.
