Game Input MultipleXer

Hey guys,
Am really sorry if this has been repeated spent 2 days tryin to get my head round this malarkey.

1) I have plugged in my gimx adaptor, g920 steerin wheel and ps4 controller all into my laptop.

2) downloaded logitech gaming software 8.56 (is it the offical one of there website i need to get as thts what i have downloaded) and gimx launcher and gimix config.

3) downloaded config logitechg920_g29.xml clicking start or detcect it keeps saying
"Joystick not found: logitech g920 driving force"

All my steering wheel is doing is flashing the little light. It has only done a calibration spin once and then back to flashing again i dont understand it.

When i go on to gimx config and it says assign butten etc it doesnt detect and buttons been pressed on the steering.

What is it i am doing wrong.

Must be sumat simple i have missed.

Also make sure that you have combined pedals disabled and check the tutorial - https://forum.gimx.fr/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3052

Please post log file and try to open Logitech gaming software to determine if your G920 is recognized or not.

And nope.. i downloaded a different lgs file which was from a link off here.. and opened that and tried tht and both programmes didnt detect the steering wheel.

Dont understand why tho, i checked on the devices files on laptop and it shows control pad, steering wheel and adaptor..

I dont get it...

Am getting somewhere now...

Gimx is detecting my steering wheel.. on check tab its coming up with "config seems ok".

Clicking start and its running thru checks all ok.
Its get to press the key/button assigned to ps.

And nothing is happening. All buttons on keypad n steering r pressed but its not going any further.
