Game Input MultipleXer

I just finished setting up my gimx adapter and when i hit start it says there is no xbox one controller found on USB ports. I did some research and apparently i need a driver for my xbox one controller but i can't find a link to it anywhere. Can any one please provide a link to the driver.

Are you sure you have Xbox One V1 controller ? V2 is not supported yet.

I am using a controller with out a headphone jack. I have tried plugging it into the pc while its connected to the xbox and when its not but i still get the same error, and my computer recognizes the controller.

There are some controllers without jack and they are still using other protocol. To be sure please check "Model xxxx" number under battery case.

The driver you need is automatically installed by GIMX. If you are unsure if you have it just reinstall GIMX. Driver will be installed within it.

If it still doesn't work please provide Hardware ID of the Controller (through Device Manager RMB on Pad->Properties->Details->Hardware IDs) you use and your system version.

thank you for helping. I have followed all of the steps on the wiki and it still gives me the same error. The controller model is 1537, and the IDs is USB\VID_045E&PID_02D1&REV_0203 and USB\VID_045E&PID_02D1.

I am sorry you are encountering problems. Please also provide your Windows version so we can check if we can reproduce this issue on our end.

my computer is running windows 10 version 1803, os build 17134.523

I just reinstalled gimx for the third time and the problem is now gone, not sure why i it didnt fix it the first time around. thanks for the help.
