Good day,i build by arduino leonardo a gimx adapter but the pc doesn't detect its.

Long story short: is it programmed? Did you RTFM? Programming through app is not working in my opinion, at least not easy way. I used a separate programmer USBAsp exactly and AVRDUDESS

thank for replay,i find a way to install avrdude because follow the officialguide of gimx it say me that avrdude isn't a command.

Use gimx-loader to flash firmware, it is designed for it.
Check wiring and cables, also check if RX/TX isn't inverted. Please post photo of wiring.
