logitech profiler issue

I have setup a profile for my OSW direct drive wheel and when i open Gimx launcher and press check it shows as ok .When i try to open Logitech Profiler i get a pop message , Logitech Profiler was unable to detect any game controller . Please advice what i need to do. Thank you.

I don't think I understood it right, where's the problem? Does the gimx works?

angeltheartist68 try to build up profile yourself don't follow YouTube,there was easy .I use simucube to playing game with PS4 now,no need to using any Logitech profile.

1.button tab
2. Axis tab
Then save and follow wiki to connect PS4
